Too many too fast

What is worse that a manager that doesn't do work?

It's a manager who tries to do too many things, end up doing nothing and goes on MC

I haven't blog via email for ages. Wonder if it still works. If you are reading this it means 3 things:-
a. It works
b. I haven't die from sien-ness yet
c. I am not doing my work like I am suppose to  (so sue me)

There are many analogies to reflect my current take on the management of this project. The best 3 are (in no particular order)

The Camping Analogy
Bringing tons of can food to a survival camp and realize you forgot the can opener.

The War Analogy
Charge with powerful battle cry into enemy's camp and realize you forgot to bring your weapon.

The Picnic Analogy
10 people suppose to come but only 9 turned up. 1 thought someone is suppose to fetch him and is still waiting at home. Out of the 9 who turned up, 3 cooked curry chicken cause they thought they were suppose to cook curry chicken. The one that suppose to bring drinks thought it's someone else's job. That person bought beach ball and a pair of sunglasses.

It seems like there is no end to this situation.
